• I printed off the tickets as advised but there was no bar code so this caused delay as we needed to go to the Box Office. The Staff dealt with this well. I have just looked at the tickets again and you can see the ticket seats and the individual ticket number but no bar code. The staff advised that this often happens.

• Far too pricey. After buying found a better price for better seats. I would not recommend London Box Office or use them again. The ‘Countdown’ on the website also put the pressure on to buy quickly.

  My only objection to the nice service that I had was that you do not accept cash. As I try to pay cash as much as possible on my vacations, I was very disappointed.. I understand this makes life easier for you and accounting and keeps things easier from an accounting point of view, but I don’t like coming back home to a big credit card bill.
