  #1 you put a timer on my purchase. Then the timer kicked me out. Then I went back and retrieved the wrong sit and I could not change it and over spent on a lousy play that left at intermission. All ****.

  Website is easy to use, there was no booking fee on the tickets I bought. We originally looked at some shows before out planned trip to London and decided against them as they were too expensive. A few days before our trip we received emails regarding London Theatre Week and booked 2 shows for the 2 nights we were away. They were significantly cheaper than when we first looked and had great seats.

  Easy to use website. However, I'd prefer to get a printable ticket immediately instead of waiting until the day before and getting an email. When one is travelling that's not always simple as it needs to be printed out. I hate to get things like that sent to my phone.

• People should go and see The Live Aid Musical - they wont be disappointed.

  First class service. The Live Aid Musical was brilliant. It evoked so many memories from 1985. I will see it again, when the show starts touring, in 2027.
