Directed by Oliver Award winner Steven Hoggett and performed by a young multi-talented cast led by the visionary musician and Broadway star Kyle Riabko, the show features Riabko’s fresh yet beautifully faithful reinterpretations of Bacharach’s classic songs, blending nostalgia and innovation, so that generations young and old can discover the magic of Bacharach’s music as if for the very first time.
CLOSE TO YOU (formerly known as What’s It All About? at the Menier Chocolate Factory) comes complete with Bacharach’s official blessing, with the legend himself declaring, “It’s brilliant. Kyle has done something truly unique with my music. I loved it’!
